SIGILS FOR COMMUNICATION

Who or what is most important to you? What do you want to save, protect or preserve? What have you already lost that haunts you? Warning Sign is a traffic sign for display on British highstreets (so often haunted by empty shopfronts). The warning itself, "ANYTHING NOT SAVED WILL BE LOST", borrows the language of video games but points to real life and all that threatens it: climate crisis, global conflict, political corruption, capitalism et al. It is perhaps less a work than a mission statement. It asks you to consider impermanence, fragility, and what matters most to you.
